Stone Feature: Blue Peruvian Opal
Australia produces around 97% of the world's opal, but blue Peruvian opal is relatively rare and comes from the Andes in Peru. It is a moderately translucent stone with a blue-green color quite similar to the Caribbean Sea. All opals are considered to bring the wearer luck and fortune.
