It's time to shed some light on The Shak!

Melissa Geiser so generously bought my jewels for The Shak, Stanley Korshak, Fall, 2007. Since then, it has grown tremendously- thanks to the team at The Shak, all of our wonderful events, and the simple fact that my jewelry and the clothes go hand-in-hand. I should mention, Shannon Moore and I ran around together in college (uh oh) and are happy to be reunited through this fantastic store and honored to be amongst her unique clothing finds (she is the buyer for The Shak). So, I thank everyone involved in assisting our line to grow, flourish, and succeed at The Shak- and a special thank you to Melissa Geiser and Andrea Murray for discovering and investing in our jewelry collection. Here's to everyone at Stanley Korshak and The Shak- cheers to a fantastic couple of years and heres to many more! We are very much looking forward to our party tomorrow night with Abi Ferrin! Rock the Runway

Last night we participated in a Junior League event called "Rock the Runway". Proceeds benefit 40 plus agencies supported by the Junior League of Dallas. Along with a silent auction in which we donated some rockin' jewelry, they sent out blank canvas tote bags all over the U.S. - to designers, artists, tattoo artists, calligraphers, car painters, illustrators and comic book artists - asking them to add any kind of artwork they'd like to the bags and send them back. We wanted to share ours with you! What do you think of it?

Halls Trunk Show

Created by Hallmark founder Joyce C. Hall to “always be first with the best in Kansas City,” Halls is Amanda's location today for a trunk show and personal appearance. This is our first trip to Halls and we are super excited to be working with them! If you're in the area come visit and check out the collection from 11 to 6!

Sundance Catalog

We are so excited to be in the upcoming Sundance Catalog, founded by the handsome Robert Redford. We have two pieces featured, our Mazie necklace and Faith bib neck. As most of you know we hand-make everything in our studio in Dallas. The girls have been working really hard on this order. It may only be about 100 pieces but it feels like they've been making 1,000! We will be happy to get these out to Utah to their new home, and hopefully into some of yours!

Jewelry Names

You probably have wondered where we get all of the fun names for our jewelry. Well, they come from a multitude of inspiration! Anywhere from loved ones, to celebrities, to even pets..(well they are loved, too!)


What brings me to this is we need our fans help! We are working on our Fall collection and need some fun new name ideas. Follow our blog, and post a comment of name suggestions, we will pick one through a drawing to send an earring that's been named by you! Contest ends April 16th!
